This privacy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to previstar.com - owned, compiled, operated, and controlled as one exclusive Web site (for your personal, non-commercial use only) by Previstar, Inc. (hereafter referred to as Previstar) located in Oak Ridge, TN - United States. Previstar. formerly known as RAMSAFE Technologies, Inc., has purchased all assets formerly belonging to RAMSAFE Technologies, LLC, including technologies licensed from the federal government. RAMSAFE Technologies, LLC is no longer active.

Previstar has created this site to inform users about how Previstar protects the privacy and security of information concerning its customers and all visitors to the Previstar Web site (the “Web site”) . Previstar respects the privacy of its users. By reading this Privacy Policy, and the terms and conditions, and by viewing and accessing this Web Site you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Should you decide, at any point, not to accept a portion or all of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease use of the Web Site.

Previstar reserves the right to compile statistical information for analysis of its Web Site users’ activities while viewing the Web site, for the purpose of evaluating the Web Site and advertiser effectiveness. Previstar collects e-mail addresses from those who wish to participate in our e-mail notification system. Previstar sends electronic notifications to current customers and subscribers informing them of our products and service evolution. As well as late breaking news, press releases, newsletters and also occasionally generic company notices.  Previstar does not disclose email-addresses to any third party.

Previstar is under no obligation to monitor the information entered in our server(s). Anyone using our servers agrees that Previstar may monitor the contents periodically in order to comply with governmental laws & regulations and to optimize its server protection aspects. We reserve the right to modify or eliminate any materials transmitted to our servers.

Information entered in our Pilot Store (including credit card information) is being entered on a SECURE server, ensuring double encryption so that information my not be intercepted by an outside party. All information is received and used in house.

Previstar reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and its Terms of Use at any time without notice.  Changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Web Site. At any given time, Previstar will allow all users to update or delete personal information submitted to us at any time. However, Previstar cannot guarantee all information deletion as some is needed because of computer database support and back ups and generalized record keeping.
